Employee must notify employer of date etc. of jury service

53. Employee must notify employer of date etc. of jury service

An employee must-

   (a)  notify his or her employer as soon as possible of the date on which he
        or she is required to attend for jury service; and

   (b)  give his or her employer written details of-

   (i)  the date on which the employee attended for jury service; and

   (ii) the duration of the period of jury service; and

   (iii) any remuneration paid to the employee under section 51; and

   (c)  give his or her employer any other information as directed by the
        Juries Commissioner.
