PART 2 LIABILITY FOR JURY SERVICE

Persons qualified and liable for jury service

5. Persons qualified and liable for jury service



(1) Subject to this Act, every person aged 18 years or above who is enrolled
as an elector for the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council is
qualified and liable for jury service.

(2) A person referred to in Schedule 1 is disqualified from jury service.

(3) A person referred to in Schedule 2 is ineligible for jury service.
