43. Ban on procedures involving gametes of people known to be dead

A person must not-

   (a)  inseminate a woman with sperm from a man known to be dead; or

   (b)  transfer to a woman a gamete from a person known to be dead.

Penalty: 240 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment or both.
