Offence-developing a hybrid embryo

38LA. Offence-developing a hybrid embryo



(1) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally develops a hybrid
embryo for a period of more than 14 days, excluding any period when
development is suspended.

(2) An offence against subsection (1) is an indictable offence punishable by
imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 years.
