Offence-importing or exporting a human embryo clone

38C. Offence-importing or exporting a human embryo clone



(1) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally imports a human
embryo clone into Victoria.

(2) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally exports a human
embryo clone from Victoria.

(3) An offence against subsection (1) or (2) is an indictable offence
punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 years.
