Offence-placing a human embryo clone in the human body or the body of an animal

38B. Offence-placing a human embryo clone in the human body or the body of an
animal



(1) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally places a human
embryo clone in the body of a human or the body of an animal.

(2) An offence against subsection (1) is an indictable offence punishable by
imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 years.
