Meaning of research in this Part

35A. Meaning of research in this Part



(1) In this Part, research, in relation to an excess ART embryo within the
meaning of Part 2A, does not include a use of the embryo for which a licence
is required under that Part.

(2) Research comprised of a use of an excess ART embryo within the meaning of
Part 2A for which a licence is required under that Part may only be carried
out in accordance with that Part.
