Requirements as to consent

35. Requirements as to consent



(1) A consent under section 34-

   (a)  must be in writing; and

   (b)  must specify that the donor has consented to the use of the gamete for
        the particular research or for research generally; and

   (c)  must not have been withdrawn or have lapsed when the procedure using
        the gamete takes place.

(2) A person giving consent under section 34 must lodge the consent or cause
the consent to be lodged in accordance with the regulations.
