Counselling requirements

31. Counselling requirements

Before a person gives consent under section 27 or 28, that person must have
received counselling, including counselling in relation to the prescribed
matters, from a counsellor who has been approved under Part 8 to give
counselling to people who propose to give consent under section 27 or 28.
