Infertility Treatment Act 1995 - SECT 21Y
Consent
21Y. Consent
(1) Before obtaining the consent of a person for the purposes of section
21U(2)(a), the inspector must inform the person that he or she may refuse
consent.
(2) An entry of an inspector by virtue of the consent of a person is not
lawful unless the person voluntarily consented to the entry.
