21U. Powers available to inspectors for monitoring compliance



(1) For the purpose of finding out whether this Part or the regulations made
for the purposes of this Part have been complied with, an inspector may-

   (a)  enter any premises; and

   (b)  exercise the monitoring powers set out in section 21V.

(2) An inspector is not authorised to enter premises under subsection (1)
unless-

   (a)  the occupier of the premises has consented to the entry; or

   (b)  the premises are premises at which the occupier of the premises is
        carrying out activities authorised by a licence issued under section
        21I, and the entry is at a reasonable time; or

   (c)  the entry is made under a warrant under section 21WA.
