Period of licence

21K. Period of licence



(1) A licence-

   (a)  comes into force on the day specified in the licence, or if no day is
        specified, on the day on which it is issued; and

   (b)  remains in force until the day specified in the licence, unless it is
        suspended, revoked or surrendered before that day.

(2) A licence is not in force throughout any period of suspension.
