21E. Offence-breaching a licence condition



(1) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally engages in
conduct, knowing that the conduct contravenes a condition of a licence that
applies to the person, or reckless as to whether the conduct contravenes a
condition of such a licence.

(2) An offence against subsection (1) is an indictable offence punishable by
imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years.

(3) In this section-

engage in conduct means-

   (a)  do an act; or

   (b)  omit to perform an act.
