Information and advice

21. Information and advice

Before a woman undergoes a donor treatment procedure, she and her husband must
be advised, in writing-

   (a)  of the rights of any person born as a result of that procedure, the
        donor and any other persons to information under Division 3 of Part 7;
        and

   (b)  as to the nature of the information about the woman and her husband
        which is recorded in the central register; and

   (c)  as to the effect of section 67; and

   (d)  as to the woman's and her husband's rights to obtain information under
        Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 7; and

   (e)  as to the existence and function of the register kept under section
        82.
