Counselling requirements

16. Counselling requirements

Before a person gives consent under section 12 or 13, he or she must have
received counselling (including counselling in relation to the prescribed
matters) from a counsellor who has been approved under Part 8 to give
counselling to persons giving consent under section 12 or 13.
