Protection against self-incrimination

47. Protection against self-incrimination



(1) It is a reasonable excuse for a natural person to refuse or fail to give
information or answer a question or to produce a document when required to do
so under this Part if giving the information or answering the question or
producing the document might tend to incriminate the person.

(2) This section does not limit section 45(3).
