Power to examine witnesses

46. Power to examine witnesses



(1) The Privacy Commissioner may administer an oath or affirmation to a person
required under section 45(2) to attend before the Privacy Commissioner and may
examine the person on oath or affirmation.

(2) The oath or affirmation to be taken or made by a person for the purposes
of this section is an oath or affirmation that the answers the person will
give will be true.
