Application of IPPs

15. Application of IPPs



(1) IPP 1 and IPP 10 apply only in relation to information collected on or
after the commencement of this section.

(2) The remaining Information Privacy Principles apply in relation to all
personal information, whether collected by the organisation before or after
the commencement of this section.
