INTERPRETATION OF LEGISLATION ACT 1984 - SECT 64
Evidentiary provisions(1) An Version is on the mere production of that Version admissible as evidence thereof before all courts and persons acting judicially within Victoria.
(2) It is presumed, unless the contrary is proved, that a document purporting to be an Version is what it purports to be.
