59. Transitional provision-Interpretation of Legislation (Further Amendment)
Act 2006

The amendment of this Act made by section 12 of the Interpretation of
Legislation (Further Amendment) Act 2006 does not affect the rights of the
parties in any proceeding commenced before the commencement of that Act.
