38C. References to Consumer Credit legislation

In an Act or subordinate instrument- Consumer Credit (Victoria) Code means the
provisions applying because of section 5 of the
Consumer Credit (Victoria) Act 1995; Consumer Credit (Victoria) Regulations
means the provisions applying by reason of section 6 of the
Consumer Credit (Victoria) Act 1995.
