38AB. References to National Electricity Law

In an Act or subordinate instrument-

National Electricity (Victoria) Law means the provisions applying because of
section 6 of the National Electricity (Victoria) Act 2005;

National Electricity (Victoria) Regulations means the provisions applying
because of section 7 of the National Electricity (Victoria) Act 2005.
