34. Construction of references in subordinate instruments to portions of
subordinate instruments or Acts

In a subordinate instrument, a description or citation of a portion of that
subordinate instrument or of any other subordinate instrument or of any Act
shall, unless the contrary intention appears, be construed as including the
word, regulation, rule, by-law, subregulation, subrule, clause, section,
subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, Chapter, Part, Schedule or other Division
mentioned or referred to as forming the beginning and as forming the end of
the portion comprised in the description or citation. _______________
