Time of expiry of temporary subordinate instruments

25. Time of expiry of temporary subordinate instruments

Where a subordinate instrument or a provision of a subordinate instrument is
expressed to expire, lapse or otherwise cease to have effect on a particular
day, or to remain or continue in force until a particular day, the subordinate
instrument or provision shall continue in operation until the last moment of
that day.
