Time of expiry of temporary Acts

12. Time of expiry of temporary Acts

Where an Act or a provision of an Act is expressed to expire, lapse or
otherwise cease to have effect on a particular day, or to remain or continue
in force until a particular day, the Act or provision shall continue in
operation until the last moment of that day.
