INDEPENDENT BROAD-BASED ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION ACT 2011 - SECT 59G

Within 3 days after the issue of a witness summons, the IBAC must give a written report to the Victorian Inspectorate specifying—

        (a)     the name of the person summoned;

        (b)     the reasons why the witness summons was issued.
