Exemption for non-profit activities

9. Exemption for non-profit activities

A person does not act as an introduction agent by carrying out an activity-

   (a)  that does not have a significant commercial purpose or character; and

   (b)  that does not primarily seek to make a profit for the person or any
        other person.
