Existing disqualified employees may continue to work for 3 months

76. Existing disqualified employees may continue to work for 3 months



(1) This section applies if a person who is disqualified from acting as an
introduction agent by section 14 is an employee of an introduction agent in
connection with the agent's business immediately before the commencement day.

(2) Despite section 18, the agent may continue to employ the person until the
compliance day.
