Certificates

40. Certificates



(1) A certificate certifying as to any matter relating to the contents of the
Register and purporting to be signed by the Registrar is admissible in
evidence in any proceeding as evidence of the matter certified.

(2) The Registrar must supply such certificate to any person who asks for it
and who pays the prescribed fee (if any).
