Register of Introduction Agents

39. Register of Introduction Agents



(1) The Registrar must cause a Register of Introduction Agents to be kept.



(2) The Register must be kept in a form approved by the Authority.



(3) The Registrar must ensure that the Register is available for inspection at
any time that the office of the Authority is open for business.

(4) On paying any fee set by the regulations for the purposes of this
subsection, any person may-

   (a)  inspect the Register; and

   (b)  obtain a copy of any entry in the Register.
