38. Records must be kept for 7 years



(1) An introduction agent must retain a copy of an introduction agreement for
at least 7 years after entering into the agreement.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) An introduction agent must retain for at least 7 years a copy of any other
document that she, he or it is required to keep under this Act.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
