35. Annual statement



(1) This section applies to a person who has given the Authority a notice
under section 15 (notice of intention to act as an introduction agent), but
has not given the Authority a notice under section 36 (notice of termination
of business).

(2) At any time in the 6 weeks before each anniversary of the date the person
gave the Authority the notice under section 15, the person must give the
Authority a statement-

   (a)  containing the details required by the regulations; and

   (b)  in the form required by the Authority.



Penalty: 50 penalty units.
