Client must be given copy of agreement

29. Client must be given copy of agreement



(1) Immediately after entering into an introduction agreement, an introduction
agent must give the other party to the agreement a readily legible copy of the
agreement.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.

(2) In order to comply with subsection (1), if the copy of the agreement is
not a photocopy or a complete carbon copy, the agent must ensure that the copy
of the agreement is signed by the people who signed the agreement.
