Introduction agency not to use prostitution service premises

20. Introduction agency not to use prostitution service premises



(1) A person must not act as an introduction agent on any premises that is
occupied by a prostitution service provider and on or from which the
prostitution service provider is operating a brothel or escort agency.

Penalty: 200 penalty units.

(2) In this section brothel, escort agency and prostitution service provider
have the same meanings as they have in the Prostitution Control Act 1994.
