Fees to be included

81. Fees to be included



(1) On the issue of an infringement warrant, the prescribed fee-

   (a)  is payable by the person against whom the infringement warrant is
        issued; and

   (b)  may be included in the amounts named in the infringement warrant.

(2) Any fee prescribed under this Act in respect of the execution of an
infringement warrant forms part of the lawful costs of execution of the
warrant.
