Going to Court-indictable offences

71A. Going to Court-indictable offences

If a person has been served with an infringement notice in respect of an
infringement offence which is an indictable offence and the matter is referred
to the Court under this Part or an order is made under section 72(1),
section 53 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 applies as if the person had
been charged before the Court with that indictable offence.
