Fine to be refunded if matter referred to Court

70. Fine to be refunded if matter referred to Court

If a matter is referred to the Court under this Part or an order is made under
section 72(1), the amount of any fine paid by the person must be refunded and-

   (a)  if the amount of the fine had been paid into the Consolidated Fund,
        the Consolidated Fund is, to the necessary extent, appropriated
        accordingly; or





   (b)  if the amount of the fine had been paid into another fund or account,
        the fine is to be refunded from that fund or account.
