Reinstatement after enforcement order has expired
63. Reinstatement after enforcement order has expired
(1) An infringements registrar may reinstate an enforcement order that has
expired-
(a) on the infringements registrar's own motion; or
(b) on the application of the enforcement agency.
(2) Despite section 62(3), if an enforcement order is reinstated, the fine in
respect of which it was made becomes enforceable or recoverable as if there
had been no expiry.
(3) An enforcement order that has expired may only be reinstated once by an
infringements registrar under this section.
