Reports to Attorney-General

6. Reports to Attorney-General

For the purposes of ensuring the effective administration of this Act, an
enforcement agency must provide to the Attorney-General the prescribed
information, including statistical data-

   (a)  at the prescribed intervals; or

   (b)  at such other periods as the Attorney-General by written notice to the
        agency may require.
