Enforcement orders

59. Enforcement orders



(1) If an infringements registrar has not received a request under section 58
from an enforcement agency, the infringements registrar may make an
enforcement order that the person pay to the Court the outstanding amount of
the infringement penalty and the prescribed costs in respect of a lodgeable
infringement offence.

(2) An enforcement order is deemed to be an order of the Court.
