Agency may request enforcement order not be made

58. Agency may request enforcement order not be made

At any time before an enforcement order is made, an enforcement agency may
request an infringements registrar not to make an enforcement order in respect
of details of any outstanding amount of an infringement penalty and prescribed
costs (if any) in respect of a lodgeable infringement offence lodged under
section 54.
