Reliance on lodged material

57. Reliance on lodged material

An infringements registrar is entitled-

   (a)  to rely on the accuracy of the material provided by an enforcement
        agency when the details of an infringement penalty and prescribed
        costs (if any) in respect of a lodgeable infringement offence are
        lodged under section 54; and

   (b)  to assume that the details are true and correct.
