When does payment plan commence?

48. When does payment plan commence?



(1) A payment plan commences when the enforcement agency or the Secretary (as
the case requires) receives the first payment under the plan from the person
to whom the proposed payment plan applies.

(2) If a payment is not received in accordance with subsection (1) within the
time specified in the proposed payment plan, that plan is cancelled and is of
no effect.
