Delegation

45. Delegation

The Secretary may delegate any powers or functions under this Part other than
this power of delegation to-

   (a)  a person or class of persons employed under Part 3 of the
        Public Administration Act 2004;

   (b)  a person or body with appropriate skills and experience, to carry out
        the Secretary's powers or functions.
