Powers of Secretary

44. Powers of Secretary



(1) The Secretary has power to do anything that is necessary or convenient to
be done for or in connection with carrying out the Secretary's functions under
this Part.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Secretary may enter into arrangements
or agreements with any person or body, with appropriate skills and experience,
to act as the Secretary's agent in the carrying out of any functions under
this Part.
