4. Act to be read as one with Magistrates' Court Act 1989



(1) This Act is to be read and construed as one with the
Magistrates' Court Act 1989.

(2) Expressions used in this Act and in the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 that
are not defined in section 3 or elsewhere in this Act have the same meanings
as in the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.
