Application of Division

36. Application of Division

This Division does not apply to an infringement notice to which any of the
following provisions apply-

   (a)  section 67 or 89B of the Road Safety Act 1986;

   (b)  section 87A of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995;

   (c)  section 215D of the Transport Act 1983;

   (d)  section 61B of the Marine Act 1988.
