Review terminated if matter goes to Court or Children's Court

27. Review terminated if matter goes to Court or Children's Court

If a person elects to have a matter heard and determined in the Court under
this Part or, in the case of an infringement notice served on a child, heard
and determined in the Children's Court while a review under this Division is
in progress, the review is terminated on the person making that election.
