Effect of withdrawal

20. Effect of withdrawal



(1) Subject to this Act, the withdrawal of an infringement notice does not
affect any other procedure or action that can be taken under this Act or any
other Act.

(2) This section applies to an infringement notice-

   (a)  withdrawn by withdrawal notice; or

   (b)  deemed to be withdrawn by a provision of this Act or any other Act.
