Forms of infringement notice

13. Forms of infringement notice

An infringement notice must-

   (a)  be in writing and contain the prescribed details;

   (b)  state that-

   (i)  the person is entitled to elect to have the matter of the infringement
        offence heard and determined in the Court; or

   (ii) in the case of an infringement notice served on a child, is entitled
        to have the matter of the infringement offence dealt with by the
        Children's Court in accordance with the
        Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
